But I can't refrain form eating. What do I need to do? :(</title><description>&lt;p&gt;Sorry for the late reply! I’ve been super busy with school work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyways, if you want to be physically fit, you’re not going to want to refrain from eating at all! Your body needs to food to function and in order to tone and get healthy and fit you need food. You need to try and cut out on OVEReating or eating bad foods. When you feel hungry, drink a class of water and wait 30 minutes, if you’re still hungry after that eat something healthy and nutritional such as a fruit salad etc. :) Usually we eat loads because we’re actually dehydrated. Also, eating bad foods makes you hungrier because the sugar in bad foods is addictive and doesn’t fill you up, so… Even though it’ll be a struggle, try and cut out as many unhealthy foods/snacks as you can, after 6 weeks it’ll be easy and you wont feel the cravings anymore. :)&lt;/p&gt;

I&amp;#8217;m not starving myself or puking&amp;#8230; Consiously. Doesn&amp;#8217;t really make sense? I&amp;#8217;ll explain.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve suffered from anorexia and bulimia on and off for 6 years now. Sometimes it&amp;#8217;s bad, sometimes it&amp;#8217;s just a short phase. But it makes dieting and exercising and making a conscious decision to lose weight very difficult to do without those old tendencies coming back.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I want to get FIT and toned and skinny, not skin and bones. But even going to the gym today the same thoughts were creeping back &amp;#8216;You&amp;#8217;re only beautiful when you can see your bones&amp;#8217;, &amp;#8216;You&amp;#8217;ll only be beautiful when you have a thigh gap&amp;#8217;&amp;#8230; I subconsciously count calories and so when it comes to figuring it out at the end of the day it&amp;#8217;s already there at the front of my mind.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And the worst part. I have a fear of putting on weight. And when my stomach feels bloated from food. I feel sick. Which means, that today, was the first day in 6 months that I purged. All because I ate an extra slice of pizza.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am NOT encouraging anorexia or bulimia. They ruin your life. They control your life. I started all of this because I liked the control, I needed the control but once I got better&amp;#8230; My eating disorders had the control and they still do. It&amp;#8217;s so hard to break out of. But it&amp;#8217;s so easy to slip back in to. Please. If anyone is reading this who is considering starving themselves, or purging&amp;#8230;DO NOT DO IT!It has caused so many health problems for me, getting fit and healthy will look so much better, your skin will be nicer, your hair will be nicer, you&amp;#8217;ll feel better and happier. Eating disorders do the exact opposite. They are not a fashion trend, they&amp;#8217;re reallife threateningdiseases that destroy your body and your life. And the effects of weight loss via ED is hardly ever permanent&amp;#8230; Get fit and you&amp;#8217;ll stay fit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Stay strong. Stay fit. Stay healthy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a weight loss/thinspo/fitspo community I think that support of people like me, and people who are on the edge is vital. It&amp;#8217;s so easy to go overboard and think that skipping meals wont harm you, but it spirals downwards from there. The amount of training she had to put herself through to be able to perform this role because she didn&amp;#8217;t want a stunt double doing all of the work enspires me. She has an AMAZING figure and she works hard for it! She doesn&amp;#8217;t starve herself. She exercises and works out.&lt;/p&gt;
